Request framing

ORVISTA engagements begin through a written access request outlining the high-impact leadership decision, broader strategic situation, or evolving context for which written decision context is required. Each request is reviewed before any engagement is accepted.

Request review

Submission of a request does not constitute acceptance of an engagement.

All requests are reviewed to determine:

Whether the situation falls within ORVISTA’s analytical scope
Whether sufficient contextual signals exist to support an initial assessment
The appropriate engagement format and scope
Whether the request can be accepted, refined, or declined

ORVISTA may decline requests that fall outside its defined role or do not provide a sufficient analytical basis for written context.
