Confidentiality
- Outputs are written for the decision authority and kept within a defined circulation boundary.
- Access is limited to explicitly authorized recipients within the engagement.
- Forwarding, copying, and redistribution remain subject to the client’s internal controls.
Data handling
- ORVISTA requests only what is necessary to clarify the decision within the agreed scope.
- Information is used solely for the engagement and not repurposed outside its context.
- Retention and deletion follow the confidentiality terms defined for the engagement.
